It is ideal for energy harvesting applications where small size is important. Input voltage: 0.8 - 3.0 VDC, output voltage: up to 8.0 VDC.
The TEGBlock is a low voltage input energy harvesting module for applications where extremely low voltages are present. Features DC input voltages as low as 40mV, and as high as 400mV, with 5V, 3.3V, 3.0V, 2.2V, 1.8V Output Voltages. The TEGBlock has 2" x 1.17" x 0.375" dimensions with attached wires.
The TEGPuck is a low input voltage energy harvesting regulator used for powering microprocessors, sensors, or low power wireless devices needing 5V, 3.3V, 3.0V, 2.2V or 1.8V. The TEGPuck has a 0.83" x 0.43" x 0.91" dimension and is available with a simple 7 pin SIP connection.
